Promotion Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms & conditions.

1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person across all participating stores. Multiple entries submitted at different stores will not be accepted.
2. Entry is open to residents of South Australia only. Entrants must reside within the AAA Lawn Services service area (click here to view service area). Only residential properties are eligible. Commercial properties are excluded. Areas outside of this service area are not eligible to win.
3. Competition opens on Tuesday 1st September 2026, and closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 1st December 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.
4. The prize draw will take place on Monday 14th December 2026. Winners will be notified via Phone or Email within five (5) business days.
5. By entering this competition, winners agree to AAA Lawn Services using their name, suburb and photographs of their lawn for promotional and marketing purposes. Personal contact details including addresses will remain confidential and will not be published in any way outside of AAA Lawn Services’ records.
6. Prize details are as follows below. Major Prizes will be drawn from all eligible entries received across all participating stores. Minor Prize consists of one (1) prize awarded at each participating store from eligible entries submitted at that store.
   
   1. 1st MAJOR PRIZE: $1,500 worth of lawn care services. There will be one (1) prize winner across all participating stores who will receive Lawn Care Services by the AAA Lawn Services team, to a maximum value of $1,500.
   2. 2nd MAJOR PRIZE: $1,000 worth of lawn care services. There will be one (1) prize winner across all participating stores who will receive Lawn Care Services by the AAA Lawn Services team, to a maximum value of $1,000.
   3. Each of the eight (8) participating stores will award one (1) MINOR PRIZE, valued at $250 worth of business credit. Prizes will differ between participating stores.
   4. Total Prize Pool to the value of $4,500
7. All eligible entrants will receive 10% off any lawn care work booked during the promotion period. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Date of all services will be on a day and time agreed to by AAA Lawn Services and the winners, with services to commence in January 2027. The winners accept that any additional services provided above the winning prize value will be paid for at their own cost. No additional works will be completed prior to consent and without a quote provided by AAA Lawn Services.
9. Prize services must be completed at the residential property occupied by the winner unless otherwise agreed by AAA Lawn Services.  Eligibility of the property will be confirmed prior to awarding the prize.
10. a.  Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or goods.
    b.  Prize values apply to AAA Lawn Services only, including Lawn Mowing, Fertilising Programs, Weed & Pest Control, Aeration and Renovations.
11. To enter, entrants must complete and submit the official competition entry form during the promotion period. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, is deemed ineligible or declines the prize, AAA Lawn Services reserves the right to redraw any of the prizes.
13. AAA Lawn Services reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the competition.
14. The promoters decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
